My experience with Hyland felt slow and frustrating, and it wasn’t really about the questions.

After the initial outreach, the scheduling kept getting pushed around, and I’d go quiet after reaching out—there was a sense that my time didn’t matter.

I also had a recruiter call that went really well. It felt like the person I spoke with treated the next steps as almost guaranteed and genuinely liked my background. Then I got ghosted for about a week before I was rejected.

Another time, I made it partway through: I got a call about a month after applying, talked to a single person, and they said they’d line up time with other team members. That never happened, and the process stalled.
