After I applied, I ended up doing a coding challenge followed by a video interview and then an onsite stage.

The coding work felt pretty straightforward at first, and the video portion leaned hard into behavior—lots of questions about how I’d worked with others and how I approached problems—before the process moved back toward code. For the onsite, I was pulled into a mix of HR-style conversation and a more technical portion where developers reviewed my thinking with programming tasks.

What stuck with me most was the inconsistent experience and the logistics. Scheduling dragged out because interviewers were busy, and at one point the tech portion got effectively rerun after someone didn’t show.
