Hyland Software Engineer interview experience

The main thing that came through was that the process was designed for me to be myself and come across normally, not overly rehearsed. I talked through examples of work I’d done that related to the company, and the skills test wasn’t described as anything extreme—just something I needed to do well on.

The tone around the interview was more about whether I seemed willing to learn and how quickly I’d pick things up. I didn’t feel like there were major speed bumps, and I ended up getting the offer.
