My process took about a month, and it felt genuinely long and heavy.

The rounds leaned heavily into behavioral questions, but there was also a strong analytics component. The whole time, I felt like I needed to be ready for more than just storytelling; I was expected to handle specific accounting-related knowledge, including how to calculate accounts receivable.

I liked the company overall and it felt like it could have been a great fit, but the round of questions told me I wasn’t the right match for what they needed. There wasn’t an offer, and the thing that stuck with me most was how demanding the material felt compared to the friendly tone I’d seen earlier
