Humana Software Engineer interview experience

RemotePosted Aug 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Recruiter outreach led me to an upcoming video interview for a Senior Software Engineer role.

They told me the session would last about an hour and would include the hiring manager plus a few members from the tech team.

At the time, that was the only concrete detail I had about the process—mostly the format and who I’d be speaking with. I didn’t end up with an offer based on what I have recorded, and my main reflection is that the interview itself hadn’t happened yet when I first got the setup details, so I couldn’t judge anything beyond how the recruiter described the structure.
