I began with a value-based assignment that focused on behavior through scenarios, then I moved to an OA.

After the assessment, I did two interview rounds: the first was technical and the second was HR.

The process felt average difficulty, and the pacing was fairly quick in terms of results. The outcomes were announced the very next day after the interviews, so there wasn’t a long wait.

I wasn’t selected. Still, what stood out was how direct the flow was—from values assignment into OA and then straight into technical and HR.
