Hsbc Software Engineer interview experience

The interviews focused a lot on interpersonal skills, and while the assessments felt complex and challenging, they were also interesting. The overall difficulty was on the very difficult side, so I was never entirely comfortable.

Even though I didn’t receive an offer, I felt like the structure was designed to highlight how I communicate and how I handle harder technical evaluation. It left me with a stronger sense of what to improve, especially around the way I come across during the process.
