I had to go through two rounds, and the first one caught me off guard because it asked questions that felt vague enough to make me stumble a bit.

I turned in my application in store after printing it online, then I was told I’d have an interview the next week. During that first session, I understood the general goal pretty quickly: they wanted to know I could handle stealing situations and that I had some selling mindset.

The part that stood out most was when they gave me a quick, timed activity. I had to pick an outfit for a customer without knowing anything about them, explain the choice in a short window, and do it under pressure. It took less than four minutes and it honestly stressed me out more than the interview questions did.
