Redmond, WAPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview journey dragged on longer than it needed to, and the communication gaps really stood out.

I was reached out by the recruiter to coordinate screening and I responded the same day, but then there was radio silence for about a week before a time finally got locked in. After the screening call, it took another week to hear that the hiring manager wanted to speak, and then it still took roughly three more weeks to get that scheduled.

At some point during that stretch, another company came through with an offer and I updated Honeywell with that information. I didn’t get any acknowledgement or response back. I kept trying to reach the recruiter and it felt like I was running into a wall
