Honeywell Software Engineer interview experience

The recruiter conversation focused on making the role and expectations clear, with questions that were straightforward and easy to follow.

What stood out to me was that compensation and benefits came up as part of the conversation about what the position would offer. The whole thing felt more like alignment on expectations than a stressful grilling, and I didn’t walk away with an offer, but it still felt like a decent, transparent process.
