My process included an online assessment first, then a technical interview that leaned into coding plus projects and core subjects.

After the technical work, I moved into a managerial and HR round focused more on how I collaborated—things like teamwork, communication, and even my career goals.

What made the whole journey feel different was how balanced it was. It didn’t read like a pure technical elimination; it felt like they were trying to understand both how I build and how I work with people. The process was structured end to end, and the overall feel was that the evaluation criteria were consistent. I didn’t get an offer from what I experienced, but the path itself felt coherent rather than chaotic.
