My process started with a recruiter screen where the focus was matching my background to the role.

After that, I moved into technical panels—first with the local team and then another technical panel with the USA team—so the same kind of topics came up again, but in a different panel setting. Across those technical conversations, they drilled into the technologies required for the position and generally pushed for depth rather than surface-level answers.

Between panels, the thread that stood out was how much they wanted me to explain what I’d actually built. In the technical discussions, I ended up walking through my projects and their details rather than staying at a high-level overview.
