I did a virtual interview where we went through what was on my resume, and I also discussed my past work and what each engineer had been responsible for.

The conversation had a panel feel to it, and I remember it being centered on role fit and collaboration.

The process took a while afterward—about two to four weeks before any decision came through. Even though I didn’t receive an offer, it didn’t feel hostile or confusing; it felt like a normal scheduling-and-panel evaluation.

The main takeaway for me was how much time they spent translating my experience into how the team engineers operate day to day, not just whether I could answer technical questions.
