Honeywell Software Engineer interview experience

The whole process felt straightforward, and I appreciated that the steps were clear enough that I always knew what was coming next.

The technical part was paired with HR, and after finishing both rounds, I received an offer. It was a genuinely good experience overall, and it didn’t feel like the difficulty ramped up dramatically or turned hostile.

Even though it worked out quickly, my reflection was just how smooth the flow was compared to other processes I’d heard about. The outcome matched the calm tone of the interviews.
