I started with a phone screening with HR, where they talked through my career path and asked questions in English as well.

After that, I had an online second interview with my area manager and the responsible lead.

That later round leaned more technical, though the questions were still framed around the role and what I could bring to the position. The whole process felt fairly standard: one screening for background and communication, then a deeper role-focused conversation.

I didn’t get an offer, but it didn’t feel chaotic—just clearly staged.
