The process felt not too difficult overall, and the main theme was that it was easy, but logistics could be annoying.

The recruiter was difficult with scheduling and with answering questions, which added friction before and during the process.

Even with that, the experience was still good because the hiring manager and the team were strong. I interviewed via Zoom with a panel, and most of the questions were behavioral in nature.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but I felt like the interview itself went smoothly once I got past the scheduling issues. The reflection I had was that the panel experience was the saving grace—it made up for the recruiter’s lack of responsiveness.
