I started with an initial HR screening, and then I interviewed with the team manager.

That manager interview was short—about thirty minutes—and it focused on behavioral questions along with a few prompts about my projects and experience from my resume.

The tone was easygoing, and the manager didn’t make it feel like a high-stakes, adversarial conversation. It was mostly about how I spoke about my background and how my experience connected to what the team was looking for. I didn’t get an offer, but it felt like a straightforward chat rather than a difficult evaluation.
