Kansas City, MOPosted Oct 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I ended up doing a laid-back in-person interview that I connected to through a school career fair in the fall semester of 2024.

The whole vibe felt informal and easygoing, and it didn’t come with the pressure of a long sequence of rounds. Because of that tone, the difficulty landed at the very easy end.

I didn’t get an offer after the meeting, but the experience itself was more relaxed than I expected. Honestly, it mostly felt like a conversation and a chance to connect rather than a deeply technical assessment, and that’s why it stood out for me.
