My interview was mainly behavioral, and the technical portion stayed light in the sense that they focused on my resume and asked me to explain what I’d done.

I was expected to talk through projects, programming languages, and previous experience.

One kind of question I remember clearly was about how I handle criticism, which matched the overall emphasis on attitude and resilience. The technical difficulty felt easy because it wasn’t trying to test me with deep new material—more like validating that I could communicate what I’d worked on. I didn’t get an offer, but the process felt manageable and mostly about how I came across under normal interview pressure.
