Boston, MAPosted May 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first conversation was mainly behavioral, and it happened in a setting tied to the SASE National Convention.

The questions centered on project experiences, leadership, and how I described my background, with very little pressure around technical depth.

It felt laid back, and my impression was that the content might vary depending on which screener I got, but for my experience it stayed mostly non-technical. I ended the conversation without moving to an offer. Still, the tone was friendly, and the interview felt more like a personality and communication check than a technical gate.
