I had an hour-long in-person interview after applying through a college career fair.

The majority of the interview was behavioral, centered on past experiences and projects I’d worked on.

A big part of the experience was just explaining my history and how I handled situations through those projects. Only a limited amount of technical detail came up, and it stayed centered on how my prior work connected to the role.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the process felt direct and grounded in my actual experience rather than hypothetical questions.
