I started with a recruiter call where we went over my background and I answered questions about what I’d done before.

It felt straightforward and focused on fit, and then I moved into a technical conversation tied to the Software Engineer role.

The technical part centered on topics aligned with what the company works on, especially avionics systems. Overall, the flow was simple: background first, then position-relevant technical discussion. Nothing felt chaotic, and the main surprise was just how directly the conversation pointed me toward their avionics domain.
