After an initial recruiter call, the timeline stretched a bit before the next step.

About a week later, I had a technical conversation with the hiring manager, and it was split between HR first and then the reporting manager taking over.

The process itself felt fairly typical and organized, and I waited for about a week to hear the result. I ended up getting an offer in the end, so despite the waiting, the experience ended positively for me. What stood out most was how clearly the roles were separated—HR handled the initial thread, and the hiring manager focused on the actual fit for the role.
