Hitachi Software Engineer interview experience

I was invited straight to the onsite interview. The process ended up being pretty minimal from a scheduling standpoint—just the in-person meeting.

Even though it was easy in terms of format, it didn’t lead to an offer for me. What I took from it was that the company was willing to move quickly to the onsite stage, but that speed didn’t automatically mean the fit was going to work out.
