After the HR officer reached out, I was asked to interview after Chinese New Year.

I arrived early—around 7:30am—and was given a form to fill out along with a set of IQ test papers. I had 45 minutes to complete the tests, and after that I moved straight into interviews. A senior manager from production interviewed me next, and the HR officer also sat in.

The whole thing felt relatively straightforward and scheduled tightly, with the HR piece and then production leading the conversation. I didn’t get an offer, but the process itself had a calm, structured feel—tests first, then management-level questions right after.
