My first major impression came from the early group setting.

I went through an overall process where the written part didn’t feel too hard, but the group discussion experience was frustrating and didn’t feel merit-based. The dynamic felt more about who got the chance to speak than about whether anyone had strong logical answers, and I got the strong sense that the selection criteria were applied unfairly.

After the GD round, the process moved through multiple interview rounds that ended up being heavily HR oriented. The only technical question I remember being asked came very early, and even then the conversation was still mostly framed around HR
