Hertz Account Executive interview experience

The manager had me there for about twenty minutes, asked a few questions, and the timing was quick enough that I was offered the job soon after. The questions were basic and centered on my experience, plus situational prompts where I described a specific situation and how I handled things.

The whole experience didn’t feel stressful, and it moved faster than I expected for something that involved a few different question types. I left with the sense that they were really focused on fit and responsiveness rather than putting me through a complex set of rounds.
