Health Care Service Corporation Software Engineer interview experience

First I recorded a video response to behavioral questions, then I had a technical interview that included behavioral elements, and finally there was another video call for the technical portion.

Recruiting kept things helpful, and the interviewers were friendly throughout. The overall experience felt structured rather than chaotic, even though the timeline was long.

I didn’t receive an offer. My reflection was that the team was supportive and the steps were clear, but the extended timeline made the uncertainty last longer than I would have liked.
