I completed two early calls for the Hays Consultant role, but the process stalled and didn’t lead to an offer.

Interview call 1 — I discussed my experience and my goals.
Interview call 2 — I was also asked questions about my experience and goals, but the conversation wasn’t completed due to time.
No follow-up — After the second call ended early, there was no response or follow-up when the discussion could continue.
Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway is that the process felt disrupted by incomplete scheduling and no follow-through.
