I went through a two-stage interview that leaned toward soft skills and workplace behaviors, and it felt difficult.

Stage 1: team leader in a coffee shop — I met initially with the team leader and discussed my previous work, including safety, creativity, and personality-related questions.
Stage 2: conflict/teamwork focus — I returned for another round with more questions about conflict management, flexibility, and teamwork. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that they heavily weighted how I handle collaboration and challenging situations.
