I went through a short, low-technicality process with an on-site panel after a preliminary assessment.

Aptitude/personality + on-site panel — I completed a personality and IQ-style test, then did a single on-site panel interview where they mostly asked about my background and what area I was interested in, with little technical depth.
Optional follow-up (if needed) — They hinted there could be an additional interview to go deeper, but it sounded optional. Outcome: I did not move forward; overall it felt straightforward and not very technical.
