My interview journey started out feeling almost easy—early rounds were low-pressure and the interviewers were polite.

The pace picked up when I got to a 30-minute presentation, which became the real focal point of the process.

After I delivered the presentation, I expected follow-up or at least more clarity on why I didn’t move forward. Instead, I received very little feedback. I remember being genuinely confused, because the experience didn’t feel like it should’ve ended that way.

No offer came out of it, and the biggest thing I took with me was how little information I was given at the end. I was left wondering what the presentation didn’t prove, because the process didn’t provide enough signals for me
