My interview journey started with a connection through a mutual contact, which quickly got me in front of the team.

I ended up speaking with several people over phone and video, and the process felt streamlined rather than dragging on with unnecessary steps.

Instead of long, drawn-out rounds, it was more like a focused set of meetings where they were trying to validate whether my experience matched what they needed for the account executive role. I didn’t get a clear sense of “filler” conversations, and the process felt efficient in how quickly it moved toward a decision.

The atmosphere was professional and collaborative, and by the end I understood that they were evaluating me in a straightforward way.
