For this Software Engineer interview, I encountered a quick, entry-level-friendly process focused more on workplace expectations and team fit.

Recruiter outreach — I was contacted by a recruiter and interviewed shortly after; it felt streamlined.
Team/HR conversation — I spoke with HR and a team lead (completion team context), with discussion centered on the role and practical work expectations.
Workplace/safety focus — The questions leaned on safety on the job and how I work in a workplace setting.

Outcome: No offer, but the difficulty felt manageable and the interviewers were communicative.
