I was evaluated through a set of in-person, English-involved stages that tested communication, teamwork, and the ability to reason and defend ideas.

Personal presentation in English — I started by introducing myself in English.
Group case resolution (data leak scenario) — I worked on a case asking who leaked company data and why, using information from fictional characters.
Group prototype pitch + skeptical Q&A — I created an innovative product prototype, explained why it was necessary, and then defended it against challenging questions from managers.
Additional assessment with structured dynamics — I also went through separate onsite testing centered on group problem-solving.
