I experienced a more demanding selection loop that leaned on behavioral readiness and quick elimination, sometimes leaving little room to recover after an early miss.

High-pressure multi-part interview — I was prepared for both behavioral and technical questions; interviewers tried to increase nervousness, and I had to stay focused.
School-to-interview pipeline with online quiz — after an information session and an online quiz, I did an in-person interview where the questions were mostly behavioral after an ice breaker, and I wasn’t selected for the next round. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was to rehearse behavioral structure and be ready for tech that may be mixed in even when the interview feels conversational.
