Halliburton Software Engineer interview experience

• Online exams — I completed online assessments of skills and English.
• Phone interview coordination — After that, a personnel-selection firm contacted me by phone.
• Group interview — I reached a group interview with several managers; the guidance was to have fluent English and bring energy to that stage.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but I made it to the group manager interview, suggesting I cleared early screening.
