Halliburton Software Engineer interview experience

• Phone/virtual screen — A preliminary phone or virtual conversation, then I was scheduled for the next step.
• In-person interview — A panel-style meeting (about 4 people) with approachable interviewers; the format felt easy to talk through and lasted roughly 30 to 60 minutes.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the overall experience felt pleasant and low-pressure.
