I experienced an early stage that felt slow and sometimes misaligned—virtual or manager-led conversations where they wanted a lot from me and feedback lagged.

Recruiter/online scheduling + early chat — an online process where I was expected to drive momentum, but updates and feedback were delayed.
Manager conversation (in-person/virtual depending on location) — a discussion about education, work experience, salary expectations, job description, and what future training/deliverables would look like. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and my takeaway was to stay proactive on follow-ups because communication cadence was unreliable.
