The path I went through was pretty end-to-end and involved several calls before anything onsite happened.

It began with an online coding test, then moved into an HR discussion where we talked about me and I got background on the company. After that came an on-call technical interview.

Then I had to go in person for a technical interview, and the sequence wrapped up with a final HR call. The overall difficulty felt on the higher side for me, and the long, multi-step structure made it feel thorough rather than rushed.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I did come away with the sense that they were investing time across coding, technical fit, and HR calibration before making a final decision.
