My impression of the interview process was that it leaned toward assessing whether I was personable, easygoing, and confident.

The questions felt like they were built around getting a sense of how I’d fit day-to-day, and there was an underlying sense that the role’s knowledge could be learned on the job.

The difficulty felt easy, largely because the process didn’t come across like it was trying to trip me up with technical traps. I walked away thinking the biggest thing they cared about was attitude and how natural I was in the conversation—more than having everything already figured out. I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience didn’t feel hostile or overly demanding; it just felt very focused on fit.
