I went through a more transparent loop than I expected for sales, starting with a recruiter conversation and then moving into manager discussions fairly quickly.

The interviews felt structured around reviewing my experience and talking through the role, with managers who were open and direct about what they were looking for.

At some point in the later rounds, I was walked through background and behavioral questions, but it never felt overly tense or performative. Even when the process moved through multiple conversations, it mostly stayed conversational—like they were trying to understand how I thought rather than just pushing gotcha-style questions.

From start to finish, it wasn’t drawn out, and in my case I ended up getting an offer letter quickly
