After getting recruited, I went through a quick phone screening that was easy and mostly focused on my previous work experience and behavioral questions framed as “tell me about a time when.” At the end, they invited me to an on-site interview later in the same week.

On-site, I met the recruiter and the department lead, plus a regional inbound sales manager. The questioning went deeper than the phone screen, getting into how I handled specific situations and how I approached responsibilities in the role. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and the office felt super laid back and youthful, and they also showed me around so I understood the environment. I shadowed someone on the sales floor, which helped me visualize the day-to-day rather than just talk about it.
