I started with an on-campus screening that was pretty straightforward: a simple algorithm question.

A little after that, I did a phone screening centered on math modeling topics. After the screen, I went into a back-to-back set of technical interviews over Skype, where the questions were on OOP and data structures.

The pace felt intense but controlled, and the questions matched what I expected for the role. I received an offer within the next week. Honestly, that quick turnaround made the whole process feel unusually smooth compared to other interviews I’ve done.
