Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Consultant interview experience

The recruiter came across as very pushy and almost desperate to get candidates moving.

The line managers I met were nicer and more approachable, and that contrast made the overall experience feel a bit confusing—like the process was driven hard on one side, but the people closer to the role were more grounded.

I turned the offer down because I’d heard the working environment could be intense. In the end, I felt like the role might pay well, but the recruitment pressure and what I’d been told about day-to-day pace didn’t match what I wanted to commit to.
