I interviewed for a Google Cloud Software Engineer role using the classic RRK/GCA/behavior-and-fit structure, and it felt deliberately multi-stage.

Recruitment screening / logistics — I started with a recruiter screen and then completed preliminary steps (including forms/resources).
Virtual interviews (two rounds) — one round focused on behavior/problem solving and another was technical.
RRK (role related knowledge) — a technical interview covering cloud infrastructure/security/container concepts.
GCA (general cognitive ability) — a separate round assessing cognitive decision-making/problem solving.
Googlyness / leadership / fit — a behavioral/values-style interview; in one case it was explicitly paired
