I hit a very difficult set of interviews that leaned into top-tier LeetCode-style problems and an exhausting process flow.

LeetCode-style technical interviews — I was tested on niche algorithms, complex data structures, and “have-you-seen-it-before” problems under tight time pressure; even senior engineers struggled.
Multiple steps / hard-to-pass process — the overall path had many stages that felt unnecessary, requiring excellent preparation and patience, though success still wasn’t guaranteed. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the interview “theater” and multi-step gatekeeping demand both preparation and endurance.
