BengaluruPosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I ran into a very frustrating, lengthy process with cancellations and changing recruiters, even leading to trouble with travel sponsorship.

Recruiter-driven scheduling — my recruiter role changed multiple times, and interview cancellations/rescheduling happened repeatedly.
Additional physical requirement — they eventually asked me to come to headquarters for an in-person interview.
Sponsorship-related cancellation — when I asked about travel sponsorship, my candidature was canceled. Outcome: I didn’t proceed, and the takeaway was that operational friction—not just performance—can derail the process.
