I experienced a longer, multi-stage process where the overall message was to be consistently prepared across many rounds.

Application & recruiter coordination — The recruiter explained the process and kept me on track through scheduling.
Multiple technical interviews — I went through a large number of rounds focused on problem-solving and technical capability.
Behavioral / final decision — A behavioral component assessed fit, followed by an eventual go/no-go decision. Outcome: No offer, and the key takeaway was that the bar felt high enough that sustained preparation mattered more than any single round.
