I had a straightforward, business-oriented sequence with an early recruiter chat and then rounds that assessed both mindset and fit.

Recruiter phone screen — I discussed my background and the role.
Technical round — The interviewer focused on my technical experience.
Sales mindset/strategy round — I was assessed on sales thinking and how I’d approach strategy.
Culture fit — I ended with a culture-fit round. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that the process tested more than pure coding—mindset and strategy were included.
